At this time, due to COVID-19 local areas may have different rules for delivery. The delivery company will discuss your options with you at the time when they schedule your delivery.
What to expect after your order.
After your order, an Expresso team member will reach out with a few simple questions about your delivery. Once you have connected, your Expresso bike will typically ship on the next business day.
On shipment you will receive an email notification with carrier and tracking information. Your bike will be shipped from the Expresso warehouse to a local terminal. Once your bike arrives at your terminal the local delivery team will reach out to schedule your delivery.
Most orders are shipped via CRST. To track your CRST delivery please enter your Contract Number at this link. If your order requires shipment through a different carrier then tracking instructions will be delivered by email.
On delivery, your bike will be assembled and set up at the desired location in your home and all packaging will be removed. At this point you will be ready to complete the Setup Wizard and start riding!
